Rick did a fantastic job. He explained the process and how it would work. Before starting he tried out the timing on a spare tile to see how long was required to get the acceptable non-slip finish.Rick has a very good communication skill as well as technical abilities. A few months ago I had Floor Safety Services put a non-slip surface in my bathroom and also my shower. Both have been really successful. At the age of ninety, it gives me security in both areas. My daughter has since had the same process put in her bathroom and is also very happy with the results. I am more than happy to recommend this firm to anyone. Great workmanship and communication. The colour of the tiles has stayed unchanged, and I feel much more comfortable about the safety of my 92 year old parents using the shower now. The installer from Floor Safety Services called in advance to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and completed the work cheerfully and effectively. The documentation he left for how to care for the floor is clear, and two sample bottles of the recommended cleaner were provided. The service from the office was very good, and the sample tile they made to demonstrate the various levels of non-slip treatment made it easy to discuss the choice. I found their advice with regard to the product I needed helpful. Having selected the product and delivery method the purchasing went well and the product (stair nosings and carborundum strips arrived promptly. Using the instructions I was easily able to install the stair nosings. It rained again this weekend and this time no slipping occurred. I can recommend Floor Safety Services Very happy with works completed by Floor Safety Services at our Aquatic Centre and decking areas. The product Anti Slip Coating (SC8) has made a huge improvement to the SAFETY of these areas.
